    "Aam Aadmi Party", a recognized State party in the State of Punjab and NCT of Delhi having reserved symbol 'Broom' in said States, has requested the commission for concession under Paragraph 10 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 for allotment of the said symbol 'Broom' to its candidates being set up by the party at the current general election to the House of the People, 2019 of all other 'States and Union Territories in all the Parliamentary constituencies of the respective State. The Commission has decided to extend the concession sought by the party under paragraph 10 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968. Accordingly, the candidate set up by "Aam Aadmi Party" at the current general election to the House of the People, 2019 of all States and Union Territories in all the Parliamentary constituencies of the respective States shall be allotted the symbol 'Broom'. The party is a recognized state party in the states of NCT of Delhi and Punjab and hence is entitled to exclusive allotment of its reserved symbol Broom, to its candidate being set up in these states The Returning Officers may be informed that the candidates set up by "Aam Aadmi Party" in the aforesaid Constituencies are eligible for the allotment of the symbol 'Broom' under paragraph 10 of the Symbols Order, 1968 subject to strict fulfillment of each of the provisions of paragraph 13 thereof.

Accordingly, the candidate set up by "Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party" at the current general election to the House of the People, 2019 in those Parliamentary constituencies where Tamil Maanila Congress(Moopanar) does not set up the candidates shall be allotted the symbol 'Bicycle' and in the constituencies where Tamil Maanila Congress(Moopanar) sets up candidate, the candidate of Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party will be allotted symbol out of the list of free symbols The Returning Officers may be informed accordingly.

Accordingly, the candidate set up by" Janata Dal (Secular)" at the current general election to the House of the People, 2019 in the "10-Meerut" Parliamentary Constituency in the state of Uttar Pradesh state, in "19-Aurangabad" Parliamentary Constituency in the state of Maharashtra, all the two parliamentary constituencies in the state of Arunachal Pradesh and in all the 60 (Sixty) assembly constituencies for the current general election to the legislative assembly of Arunachal Pradesh shall be allotted the symbol' A Lady Farmer carrying Paddy on her head' The Returning Officers may be informed that the candidates set up by "Janata Dal (Secular)" in the aforesaid Constituencies are eligible for the allotment of the symbol' A Lady Farmer carrying Paddy on her head I under paragraph 10 of the Symbols Order, 1968 subject to strict fulfillment of each of the provisions of paragraph 13 thereof.
