A group of 28 young Diplomats from Afghanistan visited the Election Commission of India on 7th July 2021. The group was briefed by Sh. Umesh Sinha, Secretary General, on the role and functions of Election Commission and also on the impressive logistics of conducting the largest electoral process in the world.
