Committee for Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employee

OFFICE ORDER

In partial modification of the Commission’s order dated 17.10.2019, the Committee for the purpose of redressal of sexual harassment of Women employees of the Commission, is hereby re-constituted as under:-

         (i)   Ms. A Mona Sreenivas, Director                         Chairperson

         (ii)  Ms. Rachna Gupta, Director(OL)                         Member

         (iii)  Ms. Aradhna Sharma, Sr. PPS                            Member

         (iv)  Shri Rajiv Ranjan, US                                           Member

         (v)   Ms. Guncha Batra Aneja, US                              Member

         (vi)   Ms. Jusmeet Kaur, SO                                         Member

         (vii)  Ms. Anjana Gosain, Advocate                            Outside Member

2.     The above Committee shall submit its report within a period of 60 days from the date of receiving of complaint by it.

3.     Committee shall submit an annual report delineating the details of complaints received and action taken to the Commission in the month of February every year.
