            I am directed to forward herewith the Commission’s two Notifications bearing No. 52/2020/SDR/Vol.I dated 17thSeptember, 2020on the subject cited. These may be published in the State Gazette immediately and copies of the same may also be forwarded to the Commission.

            A copy of the procedure to be adopted for voting through postal ballot by Absentee voters in the category of senior citizens (AVSC), PwDs (AVPD) and COVID-19(ADCO) is also enclosed herewith.
